If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. The physical examinations

Written in English and must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

Including research title, introduction with research question, literature review, methodology, reference ect; must be in Chinese or English; no less than 1000 words.

Must be in Chinese or English, including purpose of study and plan during graduate study and after graduation.

*7. Curriculum Vitae(CV)

Including personal information, educational background, research interest, research experience, papers and publishers, honors and certificates ect.

8. The record of studies or worked in China if you ever worked or studies in China

*9. Copy of Valid Passport (expire date later than 30th, June 2027)

*10. Passport size Photo

*11. Official Academic transcripts(written in Chinese or English)

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

*12. Highest diploma

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

*13. Two Recommendation Letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.(written in Chinese or English)

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
