My name is Kane Kipngeno Ngetundo, a high school graduate. I am applying for a bachelors in Computer Science program at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunication (CAUPT). I hope to be able to indulge in Chinas tech education system. China is globally recognized for its innovation in technology and its education system is renowned.
During high school, I focused on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, which I believe, strengthened my analytical and logical thinking skills. I also did well in English, which I believe can enable me to adapt quickly to international academic environment in Chongqing.
I chose CQUPT for its reputation in ICT as a leader in information and communication technology, with a strong ties to the rys boog tech industry which happens to be the key supplier of ICT devices and equipment to East Africa. The university also emphasizes hands-on training through labs and internships. Moreover, CQUPT also offers world-class education at an affordable cost, with scholarships for outstanding students in course work being available. Chinas rapid advancement in Al and software development inspires to learn in an environment that is at the forefront of technological innovation. The culture of the people and the environment of Chongqing metropolis is another consideration for my ion of this university since it will offer me an opportunity to learn and widen my world view the University and the people there.

The major is designed to train professionals with expertise in access, transmission, processing and utilization of information, who are capable of research, design, manufacturing and engineering integration in the branches of the state economy as well as the national defense.
This major is a broad-range field. Strongly advantaged in information network engineering design, integration, supervision, management and testing, it is featured with information engineering design, integration, management and operation, in good cooperation with many IT engineering design, integration, construction and operation of enterprises. -
